  • With trusted third-party service providers (e.g., Facebook, Google, Razorpay, Paytm, PhonePe) for advertising, IT services, payment processing, etc. These providers are bound by this Privacy Policy and are prohibited from using or disclosing your information for unauthorized purposes.

  • In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, where User information may be transferred to the new entity.

  • When required by law, for litigation, security, or law enforcement purposes.

5. Third-Party Links

The App and Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these external sites. Users access these links at their own risk.

6. User Consent and Control

  • Users voluntarily provide Personal Information and can refuse to supply it or withdraw consent at any time. However, this may limit access to certain features or services.

  • Users may modify or delete their profile and Personal Information. If a User deletes their account, any content they published on the App or Site will also be removed.

  • We may retain Personal Information for 180 days after account deletion to comply with applicable laws. After this period, information will be anonymized or deleted.

AUDICATE ED-TECH PVT. LTD is a private entity and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of any government agency or entity. This app is independently developed and operated for educational and informational purposes only.

Grievance Process:

  1. Provide details of the violating content (description, URL, supporting documents).

  2. Include your full legal name (electronic signature).

  3. We will:

    • Acknowledge receipt within 24 hours.

    • Issue a unique ticket number for tracking.

    • Review and decide on content removal within 15 days.
